Museum of History Digital Wall

MNK Architects was the design firm behind the project's distinctive look. They creatively navigated the design of the new Pavilion, demonstrating sensitivity the existing building with their employment of materials, scale and volumetric configuration. The open structure, with cantilevered roofs shading the Digital Wall, and a prominently located four-pronged metallic column, beckons visitors from the triple A ballpark across the street and from other places in the surrounding urban setting. During the evenings, the pavilion was designed to glow with an illumination scheme that features lighted resin signage, seating surfaces, and a backlit glass art wall installation, all features that keep the space alive through the night.
